The Vicious Cycle of Sarawak Politics.

Let us go back to not too far back, 1983.
That year the strong SNAP was torn to pieces when James Wong and Leo Moggie slugged it out for the party's President post. The aftermath? Leo lost, and, together with Daniel Tajem and other Iban legislators formed PBDS. That sad episode caused an unrepairable split for the Dayak community till to this day!
SNAP went separate ways. Then the curse happened again when Mawan and the gang left SNAP and formed SPDP as a result of power tussle in 2002.
In the other side of the coin, PBDS also sailed into really rough waters, following a series of leadership tussle as well, leading to its deregistration. Then PRS was formed by James Masing and company. Even PRS was not spared. Sng and son tried to capture the President post barely a year after PRS was born but was unsuccessful. I can write a book on this particular crisis but let us leave that to another day.
Now, back to the present.
Presently, SPDP is embroiled in a bitter crisis. It is still unendingly lingering. Talking of what goes around comes around!
Now it is SUPP turn to be newsmakers after "watching" all the happenings with other political parties in Sarawak from the gallery. SUPP will be bitterly divided no matter what will transpire after the much anticipated party election this weekend.
Sarawak is administered and governed by 4 BN parties; PBB, PRS, SPDP and SUPP.
So far the Vicious cycle has effected PRS, SPDP and SUPP.
That leaves the mighty PBB (pay bay bay, my kayan friend said) untouched and invincible, so far.

Do not fret. The Vicious cycle will catch up with every party in Sarawak, come what may!
The ADES of March will come. Then we will witness the mother of all crises Sarawak will ever see?
Will pay bay bay ready? This BATTLE for supremacy will be a battle of all battles!
Will PBB ready for the DAY of reckoning? Time will tell pok!

Like a house PBB's strength is based on its pillars. They have now 5 pillars in SPDP which is starting to crumble down. Their sole pillar in SUPP in the person of Jonical Rayong Ngipa is confirmed crumbled today (refer SUPP TDC news). It is a matter of time before their four (4) pillars in PRS crumbles.

Their curtain-down shall be drawn the day Taib is gone. It shall be interesting to watch the moves by Abang Jo, Awg. Tengah and Adenan Satem as potential successor of YAB Pehin Seri.

Will my manok Sabong YAB Tan Sri Alfred Jabu eventually crow or rush to engage into reverse gear is unpredictable.

  2. SORRY for the Dayaks(Ibans, Bidayuhs Orang Ulus ... )- the road to travel forward already has too many junctions .... knowing very well that the roads will not lead to political salvation. Now Dato Richard Riot is No. 2 in SUPP, Tan Sri Jabu is No.2 in PBB, Tan Sri James Masing No.1 in PRS and Tan Sri Wlilliam Mawan is No.1 in SPDP......

A cock usually crows fresh at dawn MERELY to warn "urang rumah panjai" of daybreak to wake up to go "bumai-bekeubun-nanngkal getah".

Kawan ! Your fighting cock may and will crow "miring-ly ... Sa.. Dua.. Tujoh!". QUESTION- Will it not crow "TawiSli-crow-song"?

For the Chinese, NO WORRY - they are already in economic and political power around the globe. SUPP's problem is just a new opportunity for the Party to consolidate further - to a much greater height than in the past.

It is just ACT 1 SCENE II in the Malay-now political dominance.SCENE III, IV, V, VI,& VII will be on the stage sequently.

As for Sarawak's Malays- JANGAN RISAU sebab KrisHishamuddin had already shown the kris sakti.
